Shop Payment, Shipping, Returns and Custom Order Terms:

By making a purchase from Hampton’s Treasure, you are showing that you have read & agree to these terms.

���PAYMENTS���

Outside of the online store, payments accepted are PayPal, Venmo, credit/debit card or checks and money orders through the mail.

Turn around time is typically anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks after payment is made. If you have a deadline, please allow at least 2 weeks for completion.

 

���SHIPPING���

The minimum shipping charge in the US for most creations is $4.00 and can vary slightly depending on weight & dimensions; all prices are subject to change. International shipping is available, as well starting at $10. For orders not made through the online store: If paying through PayPal & shipping is requested, your order will ship to the mailing address that is included in your PayPal account, whether it is verified or not(unless you specify otherwise, before your order is shipped). If your order has already shipped and the wrong address was listed on PayPal, you will need to contact them and/or the post office to resolve the issue. If you don’t have an address listed, only then will you be contacted to get it.

���REFUNDS���

For shipped orders: In the rare occurrence you never receive your item(after a timely manner/up to 30 days) or it arrives damaged, refunds are made only if you had insurance on your shipment, proof of the issue has been provided and the shipping company refunds Hampton's Treasure the shipping charge first(this could take a month or more). You may be asked to send the item back or send photos of damaged items to be able to assess the situation.

���CUSTOM ORDERS���

Refunds can NOT be accepted for personalized orders after they have been started or completed. Please be sure of your order/sizing when you make your payment, to prevent any issues. Please be aware that most of our items are made to order, so no one item will be exactly like the other.

For defective shirt sizes: Refunds or free remakes can only be accepted if it's been no longer than 2 weeks of receiving your order & the shirt you ordered does not match the sizing chart for said shirt.
